Refund & Return Policy

At NYGardenia Seeds, we stand behind the quality of our premium seeds. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help under a transparent return outline.

1. Return Time Window You have strictly 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Rules To be eligible for a return, your seed packages must be unused, sealed in their original outer and inner envelopes, and in the exact condition that you received them. We absolutely cannot accept returns on opened seed packets due to agricultural safety and contamination reasons.

3. Return Process & Shipping Costs To initiate a return, please clearly contact us at cnygardenia@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and direct you to mail the product to our New York address: NYGardenia Seeds (Operated by Nygardenia Innovations Inc.) 46 Androvette St, Suite B, Staten Island, New York, 10309

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item).

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your unopened item, we will notify you immediately regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
