Thank you for shopping at NYGardenia Seeds. Please review our strict shipping guidelines below to understand your delivery process.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a secondary notification once your order has shipped out from our facility.

2. Transit Time & Destinations We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Our standard transit time via USPS/UPS is 3 to 5 business days depending on your destination state. Total Expected Delivery Time = Handling (1-2 days) + Transit (3-5 days).

3. Shipping Rates We offer transparent, flat-rate shipping calculated explicitly at checkout. All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

4. Tracking & Missing Packages Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. If your tracking indicates delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at cnygardenia@gmail.com.
