Perfect for smaller gardens or raised beds, Catskill is a fantastic dwarf heirloom variety that doesn't compromise on yield! Despite their shorter stature, these plants produce incredibly large, firm, and flavorful Brussels sprouts.
Our pure, untreated seeds guarantee strong, compact plants that are less likely to fall over in high winds compared to taller varieties. Catskill sprouts are excellent for freezing and retain their rich flavor and vibrant green color beautifully.
