Move seedlings to the garden when they have 4-5 true leaves, spacing them 18-24 inches apart.
3. Care & Feeding
Keep soil consistently moist and feed with a balanced organic fertilizer. Mulch to keep roots cool.
4. Topping
Pinch off the top of the stalk a month before harvest to encourage larger sprouts.
5. The Harvest
Harvest from the bottom up by twisting the sprouts off the stalk when they are firm and 1 inch thick!
